Consumer attitudes and behavior continue to change alongside the evolving public health and economic crisis. In this second edition report, we delve into how COVID-19 is impacting Americans and the automotive and mobility industry following the passage of the CARES act, release of "Opening Up America Again" guidelines, and extended stay-at-home orders in certain states.

Based on results from our second national survey conducted from April 15 – 23, 2020, this report examines consumer attitudes and behaviors in four key areas with an expanded section on purchase behavior:
